Non uniform – for christmas

Hello Everyone,

Hope you have had a good half term. We had planned a non-school uniform day on Friday 19th Nov, but as it happens that is children in need day so we are going to have it on friday 26th instead. this is for our christmas fair that is on Friday 10th Dec.

Would each class please bring the following :

Nursery & Reception – Boxes or packets of sweets or chocolates.

Year 1 – Adults Toiletries.

Years 2 & 3 – children’s hats, Gloves, Socks or alike (New).

Year 4 – Christmas decorations.

Hello all,

Here are a few dates you will need for the term, (up dates and more information will follow shortly)

Half term Friday 22nd Oct Re-open on Monday 1st NOV.

The next PFA meeting is Thursady 11th NOV @ 9am in school all welcome.

We will be having a non-scholl uniform day on Friday 26th NOV to rise for christmas fair

Book fair will be in school Friday 26th NOV – Wednesday 1 DEC and will run along side grandparents lunch.

School christmas play Thursday the 9th DEC (pm and eve shows) Year 3 will be leading on stage

Christmas fair friday 10th DEC

Nursery & Reception Nativity Tuesday 14th DEC (am and pm shows)

Carols around the tree Wednasday 15th DEC

Hello all our next meeting is on thursday 7 th Oct at 9am in school, we would love to see you there old and new faces all are welcome! It will not be a long meeting but 1 or 2 things a planed for book fair and other bits look forward to seeing you:-)

Welcome back/car boot

Hello All,

Welcome back hope you had a great summer, our first PFA meeting is on Friday 17 @ 2pm all welcome!!

We are having a car boot/ table top sale on September 25^th 2010.

Everyone is welcome to have a table or car space so start saving your sell-able things now, It will be £4 for a table and £5 for a car. Times will be 10 am on wards to set up, trading from 11am – 2pm.

The school will have a table, so you can donate sell-able items for it if you do not wish to run your own table (could these items please be in school for September 15^th). There will be some games, also cake stall and bacon butties with refreshments.

To book a table please see a member of staff or PFA

We would be very grateful if you could bring in cakes for the cake stall (could they please be in school for Friday 24^th) or offer help in any way. Thank you for your time.

Car Boot

School play

The children of Red, Orange, Yellow and Green class are going to do a school play on Thursday 15 July you are all welcome to come and see them the shows will be at 1.30pm and 5.30pm and last about 30 mins. They have all worked have hard and I know it will be great!

Summer BBQ

Well not long now our BBQ is on thursday 1st July, plans are well in hand if anyone can make us some cakes please bring them to school on Wednesday or thursday thank you. There are still about 5 stalls that need someone to run them so if you are free please let me know thank you, hope you enjoy the BBQ.

This week we have work from – Tyler Harvey in red class, Molly Richardson in orange class, Chole Dale & Claire Ballard in Yellow class and Harry Mcgregon in Indigo class. Hope you enjoy………

Tyler Harvey from red class has made us a butterfly,

Molly Richardson has been doing maths,

Reads; 5+3=8, 6+5=11, 6+3=p, 1+2=3, 6+1=7, 10+3=13, 10+4=14, 10+1=11, 10+6=16.

Teacher said; Fantastic work Molly this shows me you can add 2 numbers together and record your work. Now can you practice the way we write number ’9′ please?

Yellow class have been working on the great Fire of London, here claire Ballard has as a drawing,
